Local, seasonal, and delicious!

- 1⁄2cup Nutty Novelties peanut butter (Local!)
- 1⁄2cup apple, grated & peeled (Local!)
- 1 1⁄2cups Castle Valley Mill flour (Local!)
- 1⁄2cup sugar
- 1⁄2cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2teaspoon cinnamon
Mix the peanut butter and sugars in a large bowl. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine remaining dry ingredients and mix well. Add in grated apple. Onto baking sheets form into 2tbs scoops. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes or until golden. Let cool and move to wire racks.
Yields two dozen cookies!
