All Ingredients Are From the Co-op!
-Local "Roots to River"Carrots
-USDA organic Koyo Soy Sauce
-Local Onion (1/2)
-Napa Valley Naturals USDA organic Sesame Oil
Slice carrots into thin 1/2-1" strips; Cut up broccoli in sections of 4. Store cut vegetables in a clean bowl for later in recipe. Dice onion and put into wok / pan with 2 tsp oil. From here add a dash of soy sauce. Now cook on a medium heat for 5-6 minutes while stirring continually until the onion goldens.
Add in entire bowl of cut vegetables once the onions have browned. Keep heat steady on medium to high. From here add 1 tbs of soy sauce to the entire mixture. Cook while stirring for 10 min or until you've reached your desired texture for your vegetables!
